Well... That's close. I think it would be a little more to the point to say that if someone says "to make a long story short", it's already too late.
Oh, and, for the record, I'm an "acknowledge and 'no, thank you'"-er myself. I mean, just because you're handing out ebola packets, doesn't mean you're not a nice guy.
